HOUSE RULES
1 - Please pay during breaks
Help us to make changeover smooth and simple.
2 - Please leave the rooms tidy and in a timely fashion
Please leave the room as you found it and as you would expect to find it yourself – reset the drum kit, tidy away cables etc.
3 - Please respect the equipment
If anything breaks or you find anything broken or amiss, simply tell us so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.
4 - If cancelling, please give 48 hours notice
Cancelling within 48hrs will result in a 'late cancellation fee' (see below)
5 - No drinks in the rooms
No teas, coffees or cans please as liquid and electrics are a dangerous mix. Capped bottles are permitted.

GENERAL
- Payment for sessions is due in full before you leave.
- Cancellations within 48hrs of your session will result in a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of an empty, unequipped room.
- Cancellations within 24hrs of your session will result in a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of your equipped session.
- Cancellations outside of these times will not result in any fee being charged.
- Both double doors to rehearsal rooms MUST be shut at all times when musicians are playing.
- Please respect our neighbours and surrounding businesses, especially late at night.
- We are a no smoking/no vaping establishment. Please dispose of any cigarettes smoked outside in our cigarette bin.
- All fire exits are clearly marked and must be kept clear at all times. Fire exits are alarmed and are to be used in emergencies only.
- Toilets are checked regularly but if you experience any issues please report them to reception. The key for the disabled toilet is kept on reception.
- No food, drink or chewing gum is to be taken into the studios (except lidded/capped drinks such as sports bottles). Our chill out room is available for breaks where complimentary tea and coffee is provided.
- Message boards are available in each room, in our chill out room and in reception to accommodate posters etc.
- Visitors or friends are not allowed in the rehearsal rooms unless by prior arrangement.
- Alcohol can be consumed on-site but drugs are not permitted in or on our property.
- Staff reserve the right to refuse entry. We will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour to staff or other customers.
- The studio pays for fair wear and tear of equipment – this does not cover damage arising from misuse or abuse. Customers will be liable for any damage to equipment as a result of misuse or abuse.
